1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) governs the use of the website of JSC “Intellectual Initiatives” (hereinafter — the “Company”, the “Website”). By accessing the Website or using its materials, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2.1. The Website is for informational purposes only: it provides information about the Company, its experience, advantages, and projects. Account registration is not required, no user-generated content (UGC) is posted, and AI functionalities are not provided. Paid services are not provided on the Website.
2.2. The information posted on the Website shall not be considered as an invitation to make offers and does not constitute a public offer.

3.1. All materials on the Website, including texts, designs, logos, images, and other content, are either owned by JSC “Intellectual Initiatives” or used with lawful authorization.

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court at the Company’s location, subject to a pre-trial procedure (submission of a claim to info@intel-in.ru, with a response period of 30 calendar days).

9.1. This Agreement is available in Russian and English. In case of discrepancies, the Russian version shall prevail.
